Teamlead for Student Team in Multan


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Teamlead for our student team in Multan. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of students, ensuring their performance and productivity, and providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with the team members to ensure tasks are completed on time, providing training and coaching to improve skills and knowledge, monitoring progress and reporting to higher management, resolving any conflicts or issues within the team, and maintaining a positive work environment.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred. Experience working with students is also beneficial.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. The ideal candidate should be based in Multan but we welcome applicants from all over Pakistan.
