Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed within the designated time frame
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Manage project resources effectively to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards set by the company
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in budget management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
