Part-Time Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a part-time Commercial Architect in Multan. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the field of architecture while pursuing other interests or commitments. As a part-time architect, you will be responsible for assisting with commercial projects, including designing, planning, and overseeing construction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- No prior experience required
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other architects and designers on commercial projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Create architectural designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and make revisions accordingly
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Multan, but some travel may be required for site visits.
