Seasonal Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a seasonal Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Multan. As the Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food and service are provided to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant operations
- Train and supervise staff members
- Create work schedules and assign duties
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Build relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong understanding of financial management principles
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
- Experience working in a seasonal or temporary position
