We are in search of a skilled Welder to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together and produce high-quality welds. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate welding techniques, and ensuring the structural integrity of the metal components.

To excel in this role, you should have experience with various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Additionally, you should be able to operate various tools and equipment such as plasma cutters, grinders, and welding torches. A biometric passport is also required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or specifications to determine the appropriate welding technique
- Set up welding machines based on the requirements of the project
- Operate tools such as plasma cutters, grinders, and welding torches
- Select proper materials based on project needs
- Inspect completed welds for defects and ensure structural integrity
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Proficiency in operating tools such as plasma cutters, grinders, and welding torches
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Biometric passport
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
