Office Assistant in Multan
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Multan. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
