Experienced Pastry Chef

Our reputable bakery in Multan is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, as well as a strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, breads, and desserts
- Develop new recipes and create unique flavor combinations
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastries produced
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Creativity in designing visually appealing pastries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise a team
- Excellent time-management skills
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
