Sales Manager - Multan, Pakistan (Contract)

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving the sales growth of our company in Multan. You will be tasked with developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Your goal will be to increase revenue and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data to track performance and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless operations
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products/services

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
