Waiter/Waitress - Multan, Pakistan


We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Multan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and seat them at their table
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process customer payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and workstations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
