Gardener (Contract, Multan)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team on a contract basis in Multan. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and grounds of our client's property. This position is ideal for someone without experience who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining various types of plants, trees, and shrubs
- Watering and fertilizing plants as needed
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests
- Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining outdoor spaces
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored after each use
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific gardening needs and preferences
- Providing recommendations for plant selection based on climate, soil conditions, and design preferences

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Passion for gardening and working outdoors
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic gardening techniques such as planting, pruning, watering, etc.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail to maintain the aesthetic appeal of gardens

Salary & Benefits:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
