Office Manager (Contract)
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Multan. As an integral member of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administrative tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, both electronic and physical.
- Oversee office budget and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and organizing company events.
- Act as the point of contact for all employees regarding any office-related inquiries or needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
