Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager in Multan

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Multan. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential customers. This position is ideal for candidates without previous experience who are looking for flexible working hours. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and other means
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Keep track of sales data and prepare reports for management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Familiarity with market research techniques and databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
