Hotel Sales Manager - Multan, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Hotel Sales Manager in Multan, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase revenue.
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to secure group bookings.
- Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction and successful events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a similar position.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of local market trends and key players in the hospitality industry is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission on sales. This position is open to candidates without prior experience in hotel sales. However, candidates must have their own visa for employment in Pakistan.
