IT Manager


We are seeking an IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Gujrat. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure data security by implementing backup and disaster recovery plans
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to our current systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, including LAN/WAN protocols, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven experience in project management and budgeting
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Gujrat (Preference for local candidates)
