Computer Support Specialist

A reputable company in Gujrat is seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our clients. The role will involve providing remote support as well as on-site assistance when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment.
- Ensure the security and integrity of computer systems.
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically.
- Experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical individuals.

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Gujrat (accommodation provided)
