A fast-paced web design company in Gujrat, India is seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites, as well as a strong understanding of design principles and industry trends. This is a contract position that offers competitive compensation of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative and engaging websites
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts
- Implement best practices for user experience and accessibility
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web design
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional web design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)
