Online Consultant - Gujrat, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Gujrat, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and assistance to clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and phone calls. This is a remote position with the option of working from home or from our office in Gujrat.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients effectively through online channels to provide support and address any inquiries or concerns
- Provide accurate information and guidance regarding our products or services
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to clients
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective communication with clients
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Online Consultant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in using various online communication tools such as chat, email, and phone calls
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize with clients' needs
- Biometric passport is required for international travel (if necessary)
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Our office is located in the bustling city of Gujrat in Pakistan. However, this is a remote position and you can choose to work from home or from our office.
