Entry Level Painter


As an Entry Level Painter, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and painting of various surfaces in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with experienced painters to learn proper painting techniques and safety procedures. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the painting industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing surfaces by sanding, scraping, and filling holes
- Mix and apply paint using appropriate tools such as brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times
- Clean and maintain painting equipment after each use
- Pay attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish on all surfaces
- Complete tasks within given timeframes
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Basic understanding of different types of paints, tools, and techniques is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time
