Plasterer

We are a construction company based in Gujrat and we are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in residential and commercial buildings. You will also be involved in repairing damaged plaster and preparing surfaces for plastering.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Proven experience with various types of plaster (e.g. lime, cement, acrylic)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Excellent knowledge of mixing ratios and application techniques
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster, filling cracks, and smoothing out imperfections.
- Mix plaster according to established ratios and apply it evenly on surfaces using various tools (e.g. trowels, brushes).
- Create decorative finishes by adding texture or patterns.
- Repair damaged areas by patching or replacing old plaster.
- Ensure proper adhesion of plaster by cleaning and priming surfaces.
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on scaffolding or ladders.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain clean work area and properly dispose of materials after job completion.

Salary: We offer a salary of 1500$ per month along with free visa and ticket.
