We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for students or individuals looking to gain experience in the field of architecture. As an Architectural Technologist, you will assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and plans for construction projects, ensuring they meet all necessary codes and regulations. You will work closely with architects and other team members to bring design concepts to life. This position does not require previous experience, however, a passion for architecture and willingness to learn is essential. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design concepts
- Ensure all designs meet necessary building codes and regulations
- Conduct on-site visits to gather information for project development
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or related field (or currently enrolled)
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

The role is based in Gujrat, India.
