Junior Architectural Designer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for residential and commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other software
- Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and oversee construction progress
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Research building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements
- Prepare presentations and participate in client meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
