Job Title: Industrial Architect

We are a leading industrial construction company based in Gujrat, seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Manage projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring progress
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
