Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Gujrat. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial concept design to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Review and approve all architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery and develop contingency plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Experience leading a team of architects or designers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others
