Senior Architect (Gujrat, Pakistan)



We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with a passion for design and a wealth of experience to join our team in Gujrat, Pakistan. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with building codes
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they adhere to the design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and building techniques
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is preferred

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month for this position.
