Machine Operator Supervisor

As a Machine Operator Supervisor in our manufacturing plant in Gujrat, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all machines are running efficiently and safely. You will work closely with our team of machine operators, providing training and guidance as needed to ensure high-quality output. Your role will also involve monitoring production schedules, maintaining inventory levels, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise with the machines. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting performance evaluations and implementing improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting, with strong technical knowledge of various types of machinery. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of safety regulations and experience with lean manufacturing principles are preferred. This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with accommodation in Gujrat if needed.
