Junior Florist - Gujrat, India


We are in need of a creative and passionate Junior Florist to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, assisting with day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements according to client's preferences and event themes
- Arrange flowers and other decorative elements in vases, baskets, or other containers
- Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by watering and trimming them regularly
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by answering client inquiries, taking orders, and handling payments
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Participate in promotional events and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Passion for flowers and design
- Basic knowledge of flower care and arrangement techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
