Part-Time Sous Chef
We are a busy restaurant in Gujrat looking for a talented and passionate Part-Time Sous Chef to join our team. As a student, we understand that your studies are your top priority, so this role offers flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and execution
- Execute dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Oversee kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in culinary school or recent culinary school graduate preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a line cook or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Salary: $1300 per month (based on experience)
