Restaurant Manager (Gujrat, India)
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Gujrat. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be in charge of managing the staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, and scheduling staff members
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Overseeing food preparation to ensure quality and consistency
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Enforcing health and safety regulations at all times
- Managing finances such as budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proven track record of managing finances and controlling costs effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Punjabi also preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $900 per month
