We are currently hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our cozy cafe in Gujrat, India. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month, along with accommodation and free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to recipes and customer requests
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and utensils
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies
- Keep track of customer orders to ensure timely delivery
- Assist in training new team members on coffee preparation techniques
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally allowed to work in India
