Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Monitor progress and quality of work at construction sites
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Prepare reports for upper management on project progress and budget expenditures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work well under pressure

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Gujrat.
