A reputable bakery in Gujrat is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking and creating delicious pastries, as well as extensive knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of pastries, such as cakes, cookies, breads, and desserts
- Develop new recipes and create unique flavor combinations
- Ensure all pastries are made according to quality standards and customer preferences
- Decorate pastries using various techniques to enhance their appearance
- Train and supervise pastry assistants and other kitchen staff
- Manage inventory of ingredients and equipment, ensuring timely restocking when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker
- Culinary degree or equivalent in related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to create visually appealing pastries that taste delicious
- Attention to detail with excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
