Sales Manager

A rapidly growing company in Gujrat is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, confident, and able to work independently. We are open to candidates without experience as training will be provided. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Generate leads and follow up on them to convert into sales
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train and mentor the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth functioning of sales processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel for business purposes if required
