Job Title:

Contract Land Surveyor - Gujrat, India

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis. As a Contract Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting various types of land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using a variety of surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare accurate reports detailing findings
- Create detailed maps and plans using survey data
- Verify accuracy of existing surveys and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Manage survey crew and equipment on job sites
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying methods, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using CAD software for mapping and drafting purposes
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding land surveys in Gujrat is preferred
