Handyman for Property Maintenance in Gujrat, India

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Gujrat, India for property maintenance. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the upkeep and repair of properties. This includes but is not limited to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor damages
- Perform basic carpentry work such as repairing doors and windows, installing shelves and cabinets
- Handle minor electrical work such as replacing outlets and light switches
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing problems including clogged drains and toilets
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues or hazards
- Communicate with property owners or tenants to address any concerns or requests for repairs
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed on each property
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while performing duties
- Assist with other general maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Good communication skills to interact with property owners/tenants
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Must have a valid driver's license

Salary: 1800$
