Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Gujrat. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify potential clients and develop relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and other potential sources of business. You will also be responsible for managing the hotel's sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring their performance. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month, with the opportunity for bonuses based on performance.

This is a contract job located in Gujrat, with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
