Job Title: Concierge Specialist



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Concierge Specialist to join our team in Gujrat. As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Book reservations for dining, activities, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must have own visa for all nationalities

Salary:
As a Concierge Specialist, you will receive a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
