Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of professionals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
- Train, coach, and mentor team members
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor team progress and provide feedback as needed
- Collaborate with upper management to set goals and objectives for the team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects within budget
- Address any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and mentor a diverse team
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
