Online Consultant
Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support through online channels such as chat, email, and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through online channels to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely and accurate responses
- Monitor online reviews and respond to any negative feedback or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new features to effectively assist customers
- Identify sales opportunities and promote products or services to customers when appropriate
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as chat software, email platforms, and social media platforms
- A positive attitude towards learning new skills
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
Salary:
This is a full-time position with the salary of 1200$ per month.
Location:
This job is located in Faisalabad, Pakistan. While accommodation is not provided by the company, we can assist in finding suitable housing options for employees relocating from outside the city.
