As a Plastering Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing and completing all tasks related to plastering and finishing surfaces in residential and commercial settings. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure high-quality finishes and timely project completion. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Apply plaster or other finishes using hand tools or machines
- Create textured or decorative finishes as per client's request
- Repair any damaged or cracked areas on existing surfaces
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on site to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage project budget, materials, and timelines effectively

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role in a contracting setting
- In-depth knowledge of various types of plasters, finishes, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials when necessary
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with safety regulations in construction industry
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract job: This is a contract position that may involve working on multiple projects at once. The contract length will vary depending on the scope of each project.

Location: This role is based in Faisalabad but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in Pakistan.
