Your duties will include reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, welding and shaping metal pieces, and performing quality checks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the metalworking industry.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in metalworking is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with different types of metals and welding techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut, shape, or weld metal pieces using various tools such as plasma cutters, grinders, or welding machines
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Assist with the installation of metal structures or equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
