Preservation Architect - Faisalabad, Pakistan



As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in Faisalabad, Pakistan. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research to understand the historical significance of buildings and structures
- Developing preservation plans and strategies to protect and restore them
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure preservation work is carried out effectively
- Inspecting buildings and structures for any damages or deterioration
- Preparing reports on the condition of historical sites and recommending necessary repairs or renovations
- Managing restoration projects within budget and on schedule
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and preservation standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in preservation or conservation work
- Knowledge of historical architecture styles and techniques for restoration
- Familiarity with local building codes and preservation guidelines
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
