Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences for the commercial building project
- Create detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure design integrity is maintained
- Communicate project progress to clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Work closely with contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
