Commercial Architect


We are a leading architectural firm based in Faisalabad and we are currently seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an architect, preferably with a focus on commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients and team members
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction in Faisalabad is preferred but not required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
