Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in Faisalabad. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and ensuring their work meets all regulatory requirements and is completed within budget and schedule. Your creativity, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills will be critical in successfully delivering high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project objectives and develop design concepts that meet their needs
- Oversee the development of project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure that all architectural designs comply with relevant regulations and building codes
- Review project progress regularly to identify any issues or delays and implement solutions as needed
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or feedback they may have
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in architecture to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles
- Proven experience managing complex architecture projects
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1600/month

Location: Faisalabad (accommodation provided)
