We are in search of a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your expertise will be essential in creating innovative and functional designs that meet the needs and vision of our clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with clients and contractors
- Proven track record of successful project management

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects, including creating concept sketches and detailed drawings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are properly executed.
- Review project proposals, contracts, bids, and other documents related to the project.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, building codes, and regulations.
