We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of residential projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural plans, including drawings, blueprints, and 3D models
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Supervise the construction process to ensure design specifications are followed accurately
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure seamless coordination
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience working on residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
