Entry-Level Florist

As an Entry-Level Florist, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral designs for various occasions. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for flowers and wants to turn it into a career. You will work with a team of experienced florists to learn the skills and techniques necessary to create stunning arrangements. In this role, you will:

- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for events such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate functions
- Assist senior florists with daily tasks such as preparing flowers, arranging bouquets, and maintaining inventory
- Learn about different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to create different designs using them
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to come up with new ideas for designs and displays
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and techniques through training sessions and workshops

Salary:
We offer a starting salary of $1100 per month along with opportunities for growth within the company.
