Executive Chef
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation at our high-end restaurant in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. They must be able to manage a team, create new menu items, maintain food quality and safety standards, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

As an Executive Chef, you will:

- Lead and supervise the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Create new and innovative menu items while also maintaining traditional dishes.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
- Train new employees on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to develop budget plans for the kitchen department.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creativity in developing new menu items while also being able to execute traditional dishes flawlessly.
