Head Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Faisalabad

We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a fine dining restaurant located in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, from menu planning to food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design innovative and delicious menus that align with the restaurant's concept and standards
- Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers while maintaining cost efficiency
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to hygiene and safety regulations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to maintain consistency and quality
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock levels to avoid any shortage or waste
- Monitor food costs and work towards achieving financial targets set by the management
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new seasonal menus and special promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create unique menu items that cater to different dietary needs and preferences
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Strong understanding of food costs, inventory management, and budgeting
- Knowledge of health department rules and regulations for safe handling of food
- A creative flair for presentation with attention to detail
- Fluent in English with good communication skills

Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head/Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1500 per month
