Construction Manager


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects in Faisalabad. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to managing labor and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire construction process from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Hire and manage subcontractors and construction workers
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, progress, and changes
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faisalabad (Accommodation provided)
